ActionOutline 1.5.2: The License

You should carefully read the following terms and
conditions before using this software. Your use of this
software indicates your acceptance of this license
agreement and warranty.

* Green Parrots Software exclusively owns all
  copyrights to ActionOutline. 

* You can use the trial version for evaluation purposes
  during a test period of 30 days. To continue to use
  ActionOutline following this test period or earlier,
  you must register. Otherwise you must remove the
  program from your computer.

* One registered copy of ActionOutline may be used by
  one and only one of the following ways: 

  1) Personally by a single person, who uses the 
     software on one or more computers.

  2) Installed on a single workstation used
     nonsimultaneously by multiple people.

* If you have obtained a SITE LICENSE covering all
  workstations that will access ActionOutline through
  the network, then any number of users at a single
  location may access the registered version of
  ActionOutline through a network.

* If you have obtained a CORPORATE LICENSE covering
  all workstations that will access ActionOutline
  through the network, then any number of users at
  any number of locations may access the registered
  version of ActionOutline through a network.

* The sale of and/or distribution of registered copies
  of this software is strictly forbidden. It is a
  violation of this agreement to loan, rent, lease,
  borrow, or transfer the use of registered copies of
  Green Parrots' software products.

* The trial version of ActionOutline may be freely
  distributed, provided the distribution package is
  not modified. No person or company may charge a fee
  for the distribution of ActionOutline without
  written permission from the copyright holder.

* The evaluator/user/buyer/owner is not allowed to
  attempt to reverse engineer, disassemble or decompile
  Green Parrots' software and products.

* THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT
  WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR
  IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO,
  THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY
  AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
  THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND
  PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE IS WITH YOU.
  SHOULD THE SOFTWARE PROVE DEFECTIVE, YOU
  ASSUME THE COST OF ALL NECESSARY
  SERVICING, REPAIR OR CORRECTION.

* GREEN PARROTS SOFTWARE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE
  FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING LOSS
  OF INFORMATION, INTERRUPTION OF BUSINESS,
  PERSONAL INJURY AND/OR ANY DAMAGE OR
  CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE WITHOUT LIMITATION,
  INCURRED BEFORE, DURING OR AFTER THE USE
